Minnesota Zoo | Penguins of the African Coast
What do the Minnesota Zoo, a local advertising agency, 14 penguins, and a state shutdown have to do with each other? One great internship. As the graphic and web design intern at the Minnesota Zoo, I experienced all of the above and had the opportunity to apply a campaign across many platforms.

Starbucks Marketing Design
After writing a thick description and observing Starbucks’ locations,
I observed personalization was central to the company’s experience. My design originated with the desire to continue the emphasis on personalization in not just a customer’s drink but the design of the sleeve based on one’s emotions. 2012 Advertising, Graphic Design, Typography -

Dating My Teenage Daughter
Inspiration can come from anywhere! In this case, it came from a book that was a beginner’s guide to knitting. Pulling from the personal experience of a father meeting a potential suitor with an application, I decided to write a book from a father’s point of view about the rules of dating his teenage daughter. I wrote the content while the illustrations were designed similar to the icon illustrations of the knitting book.
